1. What we do

Plero Circle (plerocircle.com) is a site that explains Plero Circle's program, and collects applications for mentorship. We review applications and may contact you if you are selected.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to apply. If you are under 18, you should only apply with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Information we collect

When you submit the application form, we collect the information you provide, including:

• Full name
• Country code and phone number
• Email address
• Time commitment to YouTube
• Your Faceless YouTube journey/status
• Age
• Current occupation
• Monthly income range
• Biggest goal with faceless YouTube
• Capital available to invest
• Your consent to be contacted

4. How we use your information

We use your application data to:

• Review your fit for mentorship
• Contact you about next steps, updates, or reminders if you are selected

5. Where your information goes

• Your application is sent to the Plero Circle mentor, Jørgen, at jorgen@plero.no.
• We use Mailgun, a third-party email service, to send emails related to your application.
• Your data is stored in Plero Circle's database for application processing.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have permission to share it. Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful content.

7. Disclaimers

Mentorship is not guaranteed. We do not promise specific business or financial results. The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plero Circle and its mentor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site or your participation in the application process.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will show when changes were made. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
